If you're looking for an affordable room in one of Queens' most desirable neighborhoods, this is a great opportunity. At just **$708/month**, it's hard to find a room in Astoria that offers this much value and convenience. The room comfortably fits a full-size bed, dresser, desk, and additional furniture. One of my favorite features is the large front-facing window, which brings in plenty of natural light and offers beautiful views of the neighborhood, along with glimpses of the Manhattan skyline. You'll be sharing the apartment with two roommates, Donovan and J. Both are respectful, friendly, and easy to get along with. The apartment has a relaxed atmosphere where everyone values personal space while being considerate and communicative. The location is incredibly convenient. The NYC Ferry is only a 4-minute walk away. There's also a bus stop directly across the street with connections to the M, F, E, N, W, and R trains. The N and W trains are about a 13–15 minute walk from the apartment.
