3 Beds 1 Bath - House 2 Room Available – Shared Upper Unit 1–2 unfurnished bedrooms available in a shared upper-unit house located in the Bayridge area. Looking for respectful, clean roommates to share a 3-bedroom, 1-bath home. There is also an option for just 1 roommate instead of 2, with rent and utilities split between 2 people rather than 3. Can be students or working professionals, I am a student at SLC in nursing as my second career. Features:

In-unit laundry The rooms are currently unfurnished, however some furniture may potentially be available for one room if needed. There are currently 2 cats living in the home, so applicants should be comfortable around cats. Other pets can potentially be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
