Roommate needed ASAP in a fully furnished Minneapolis unit on Harrie Ave. It’s one Queen bed and we share it. Ideal for a female, but males are welcome; age 18–23 with a yearly lease. I’m a nursing student/working professional, tidy, and I clean regularly. I smoke weed (in designated areas) and enjoy occasional fun activities. I have two cats now (soon one) and may consider another cat. Rent, groceries, and utilities are split 50/50. Utilities included. Move-in is immediate, with a meet-up to confirm a good match beforehand. I’m also planning to convert a den room into a game space. No dogs!.
