I would occupy one room, and the remaining 3 rooms would be rented out. Month-to-month initially to make sure everyone is a good fit, with potential for longer-term arrangement if things work out well. Home would be shared with me and my dog, so must be dog-friendly. Prefer female tenants to maintain a comfortable shared living environment. Looking for people who are responsible, communicative, clean, and drama-free.
