E/W/S: ~$130 billed bi-monthly
Trash: ~$14 monthly
Rent: $876 To Move In:
- First Month's Rent
- Security Deposit: ~$838.50
(FMR and SD will be submitted to me as we will have already paid these "for you" out of pocket since they'll have been due on the 1st already)
- Application Fee: ~$50
- Must sign a 12 month lease
- Need a 680+ credit score
- No pets (we have a 6 year old female Abyssinian cat who's a sweetheart but has to be the only animal unfortunately; may be able to consider only one additional cat but that will have to be an extra $50 pet rent on top of your share of rent) Details:
