In search of two bedroom two bath

Hello! I am currently in the process of selling my home in New Hampshire and relocating back to Mesa, Arizona, the end of September 2026. I am looking for a two bedroom / two bath home or first floor apartment. Must be pet friendly. I have a 70 pound dog and a cat. I own my own business and my roommate works in banking. My credit is in the high 600s and all debt will be paid off when I sell my house and will be able to pay a few months in advance, once I have keys in hand. I will be in Mesa the last week of July and would absolutely love to look at places so I can have things set up when I arrive in late September. Thank you!
