Hello! Looking for a third roommate to join my friend and me. -Room and bathroom available in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
-Lease with a JULY 1ST MOVE IN.
-We love animals, but no pets allowed unfortunately.
-$1070/month before utilities.
-3BR, 2 BATHROOM, 2-level apartment.
-Bedroom and common areas are furnished with a clothing rack available, however, the room can be tailored to your liking.
-Central air, heat, wifi, dishwasher, and roof accessible. -My roommate and I (both LGBTQ+ male identifying) are quiet, friendly, and very clean. I'm an actor, so in the mornings I do vocal warm ups pretty regularly but try to be mindful of the time. My roommate works a hybrid schedule, Mondays & Fridays remote, and Tues-Thur onsite.
-Our vibe is clean, laidback, and quiet with moderate cooking here and there.
-Our neighbors in the other two apartments above us are super friendly and have lived here for years.
-We have no preference on gender identity, ideally late 20's to late 30's is preferred. Mainly someone that's kind & responsible.
The Area:
-Around the corner from the C (literally a 2-minute walk), and a 10-minute walk from the J.
-Several laundromats, dry-cleaning, coffee shops, Citibikes, bodegas, etc. within short walking distance.
Deets:
