The room also has access to a balcony and includes a desk and nightstand if needed. Rent is $1,000/month plus utilities. Garage parking is available for an additional fee through the complex, or street parking is available nearby. Apartment Amenities Include:

I’m 33 years old and work full-time Monday through Friday near the area. Enjoy the mountains and road trips. Exploring new places staying busy with my pup. I recently moved to AZ from California so I’m new to the area. I’m looking for someone who is clean, picks up after themselves, responsible, and works full-time. It would be great to find someone fun and laid back that would enjoy movie nights, cooking dinner together, game nights, or just becoming friends.
