Hey everyone! I'm moving for my MBA program, so I'm looking for someone to take over my sublease at Water Marq. It's a private furnished room in a 2-bedroom (~1,270 sqft) right on the lake at 300 E Riverside Dr, you're minutes from downtown and youre right on Ladybird Lake Trail.
You'd be living with my roommate, a 27-year-old guy who's genuinely one of the most easy going people to share a space with, you'll feel at home fast.
The place itself is awesome: warm wood floors, quartz counters, stainless appliances, your own walk-in closet, and in-unit laundry. The building is great with a resort-style pool, a rooftop lounge for sunsets, a 24-hour gym, game room, and even a theater.
