Looking for one person to take over a private bedroom and private bathroom in my apartment at Camden Clearwater. The apartment is clean, quiet, and in a great location with access to community amenities. A little about me: I own and run my own marketing agency and work from home full time, so I spend most weekdays working during normal business hours. I’m easygoing, respectful, and value open communication and a peaceful living environment. I have a Siberian Husky named Houdini and two cats, so being pet friendly is a must. Camden Clearwater has a strict no smoking policy, but I do have a medical marijuana and am 4/20 friendly, so I’d prefer someone who is comfortable with that and shares a similar mindset.
