Looking for girl/student roomate!

Hi! We are looking for one roommate to take over a room by the end of August. Preferably another student and preferably a girl. I am a junior at university of Washington Tacoma and the other roommate is a grad student at university of puget sound.
We would love to find a roommate that is clean, positive and hopefully be down to hangout and watch a movie or also okay to stick to your own space too!
I have two cats in the apartment so no other pets!
Rent for the room is around 690-750 depending on WiFi and utilities for the month.
