Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Revalie, a student housing residence building, so only for other students. 770 Brookfield Rd, Ottawa, ON K1V 2V4, Canada. The lease is in effect from 09-05-2026 to 08-22-2028 so a 2-year lease. I haven't moved in at all yet i only got approved for lease.
the move in date can't be changed but you could request to move in earlier. Reason why searching is that I got approved pretty late at a different place that's closer to my college, but I already had signed the lease for The Revalie months prior. I'm trying to fully transfer my lease to someone else so it's not a sublet type situation. Roommates are determined based off similar living habits and questionnaires from what i know. INFO - bedroom in a 4 bedroom suite -fully furnished -female only unit -monthly rent is $979-999 + amenities - Revalie provides carlton/ uottawa students a private, resident only shuttle. Carlton (7 min away) Uottawa (20 min away) algonquin college (25 min away public transit) - shared kicthen area + shared living room space -washer/dryer inside the unit.
