Hi there, I am a laid back 39 year old professional looking for a respectful, young professional to rent my spare bedroom in my home in Redondo Beach (preferably female). Room can come furnished or unfurnished. One shared restroom. Just 2 miles from the beach, house has a two car driveway, big backyard with jacuzzi, washer/dryer, cable & WiFi included. I do have 2 cute kitties.
