I am looking for someone to take over my studio apartment at Derby (800 N 2nd St, Unit 1405) starting the week of 6/22 when I move out. My current lease goes until 7/29, which I will be in full regardless. I am offering to pay one month of full rent+utilities for someone to take over my apartment and continue a 12-month lease ($1178/mo for my base rent renewal rate). So you'd get 13 months for the price of a 12 month lease. This is a 5-minute walk from ASU's downtown campus and a 10-minute walk to UACOMP's campus.
