Hi! I am Xiao and we are looking for a third roommate at the Whitney apartment ( spacious 3 bed 3 bath on the second floor) for 2026-2027 academic year. The rent is about $450 per person per month. The utilities are about $50-80 per person. I am a PhD student in school psychology and going to do my clinical internship this year. Kennedy is an incoming 1st year Bioengineering PhD student.
