Roommates needed

I’m looking for roommates to share a 4-bedroom house in Little Elm. I have two unfurnished rooms. Quiet neighborhood, laid back roommates, and all the doggie snuggles you want. Full use of the kitchen and laundry, and bi-weekly professional cleaning of common areas. Shared bathroom and convenient street parking. Rent is $800 per room for one person, WiFi and utilities included. $400 deposit and $40 background check required. Both rooms are available now. I prefer a 6-month or longer lease, but would consider other terms. I also have 2 cats. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
