Furnished bedroom, full size bed, single recliner chair, 32” DIRECTV television, microwave, 2 mini fridge, lockable bedroom door, shared bathroom, in house washer/dryer and exercise room, nice area, no internal smokers allowed, minor alcohol drinkers are allowed, I will pay for and cover the electricity, gas, water and internet, which will all be available. All that’s required from tenant is $700 a month for rent. No extra fees. (Utilities Included) Seeking minimum 6 month renters.
