The available room is the medium-sized bedroom. It's available July 3rd, and we're hoping to find someone as soon as possible. Rent & expenses:
The total monthly household cost (rent, utilities, and shared household expenses) is approximately $3,000 per month. Split evenly among three roommates, each person pays $1,000 per month. Utilities are included in that amount, so there are no separate utility bills to worry about. Lease details:
You'll be joining an existing lease that runs through October 2027. Application requirements:
