4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, newer duplex to share. I can rent one person 1 room. Private bathroom… The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Large walk in closets. Shared kitchen, living room, etc. If you work from home, I have an additional standing desk for you to share my office space. The internet, water, and gas/electric is included. Bedrooms are not posted because, depending on who I find to share this space, there are several ways it can be done.
