This is NOT a sublet, you would sign a new lease and become a tenant in the house. 1 year lease is ideal with flexibility ✨ Move-In Special: I'll cover your June utilities and prorate June rent based on your move in date for a qualified applicant who can move in asap. Rent: $800/month + utilities (~$100/month)

One of my favorite things about living here has been how welcoming and supportive everyone is. It's truly felt like a home rather than just a place to rent.
