Hey! I recently lost my roomie and I’m now looking to find another one! Hi, I’m a sophomore pursuing a nursing degree! I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Niskanen Expansion 1155. It’s about a 10 minute walk to campus. Both your bedroom and bathroom are private with a shared living room and kitchen space. Rent is $1174, split between two so just around $600 a month and covers all utilities. Move in is available July 31st or anytime afterwards in August. Please note there are forms you’d have to fill out as it’s considered on campus housing, so you’ll have to go through NDSU to fill out an application as well as an application fee!
