Hi my name is Jackie and I'm looking for 1 female roommate in her mid 20s to join my lease at Solaire Social Apartments (2bed 2bath) in downtown silver spring since my current roommate is moving. Move in would be around August and the lease is around a year ending in July 2027. The apartment is very much metro accessible it’s about 7 mins walk. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. A little bit ab the apt:
- ~ $1350 for the room + with additional cost for utilities.The apartment charges for electricity, water and hvac fee apart from the rent. - The apartment has limited parking and recommended to use county parking until free space opens. (parking avail w additional cost
