1 room for $800 in a town house

We are looking for 1 future roommate to join 2 medical professional for June 2026. NO PETS. Rent is $800 plus another $50-100 for utilities monthly for a 11x10 private room upstairs.You will be living with a (resident physician and one RN). You will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with 1 other roommate We are looking for ideally another student/professional who will agree to rent for at least 1-year minimum and appreciates a clean home and who is committed to share communal responsibilities.
