1 bedroom apt in a shared 2 bedroom. Pool patio and dishwasher. I work fulltime and go to school full time. Id like whoever to be like minded.Rent is 1200 a month. Not including utilities. Gas and water and waste are a package and it cost 70 a month. Electric is ours to set up and pay. It runs about 140. So all together we would be splitting 1410 down the middle so 705 a month a piece. always gone, I have school full time during the day and work full time at night. I basically sleep and shower there so your literally gonna be 705 for almost a whole apartment.
