Shared 5 bed house in a quiet residential neighborhood (Forest Park), centrally located between Easton, Worthington, and Polaris! Quick access to I-71 and 270. Shared garage space for working on cars/bikes!
Two rooms available $600-$700 (15x13' and 12x13') sharing a bathroom, with a large backyard and common areas inside and out (currently building out a mini home gym, but it's not quite finished yet). Details about the roomies: 3 guys ages 21-24. Our hobbies include music, working on cars, and cooking. We’re looking for social people on a similar vibe, who can keep common areas relatively neat.
