We have available parking for up to 1 mid size vehicle. Pets are not allowed as we do have 2 pets. I(the owner, 26M) and my Fiancé(28F) live in the house full time. We do have 2 free-roaming animals 1 dog (9lbs 14yo Maltese, Very Friendly) 1 Cat (6lbs 2yo, Very Friendly and Playful) We also do have a few other reptiles and amphibians in tanks also all Very Friendly. The house is located 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale, 15 Minutes from Hollywood, 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, and 10 minutes from the beach
