Hey, me and my roommate Pete are looking for a roommate for a one-year lease in our 3B2B quadplex unit in North Redondo! Upstairs unit comes with furnished balcony, and the unit, itself, is furnished with a full kitchen and washer & dryer. Landlord is CAA-certified and pays for water; tenants pay for utilities. Wifi and cable are provided by our jobs in TV broadcasting. Usually plenty of street parking, but street-sweeping days can get hectic. However, our unit comes with a two-car garage, as well.
