Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking for a studio, ADU, guest house, back house, or small 1 bedroom in Orange County or Long Beach area ASAP. We’ve been staying in Airbnbs temporarily and are hoping to find something more stable long term by this weekend if possible. Budget is ideally around $1,500–1,800 depending on the place and utilities. I recently started a new job this month and we can provide bank statements, deposit history, references, and move-in funds.
