Looking to put together a solid roommate situation instead of just randomly renting a room somewhere. The vision is simple:
Badass house. Clean setup. Good energy. Chill people. Everybody handles business and respects the space. I’m easy to live with, clean, laid back, driven, and stay busy with work/projects most of the time. Into fitness, tech, cars/bikes, content creation, and online business stuff. Not really looking for a chaotic or drama-filled environment. Would rather split a really nice place with the right person/people than settle for a mediocre setup.
