Looking for a furnished sublet for the summer — entire place only, no room rentals. Flexible on move-in (mid-June to early July) and move-out (late August or September). Budget up to $2,800/month but open to conversation. Responsible working professional, quiet, great references and proof of income available on request. Ideal neighborhoods: Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, North Park, South Park, Normal Heights, University Heights, Hillcrest, Little Italy, Bankers Hill, Kensington, Bay Park, Point Loma, or Mission Valley.
