3 guys looking for a 4th roommate to join our lease. We’re pretty laid back and looking for someone chill and reliable. The room available isn’t super big, but it does have some closet/storage space. You’d also pretty much have the downstairs bathroom to yourself, and it includes the washer and dryer as well. So personal bathroom/laundry room.
