Immediate move in for June 1st. Looking for someone to take my room for this upcoming lease. It starts June 1st until May 31 2027. The house is shared with 2 other young women in their 20’s. Room is unfurnished but the common areas are furnished. Move in date is flexible. Large townhouse with garage and washer/dryer in unit. Community is gated, has a pool, basketball court, and small park. Right next to Waterford shopping center and close to UCF and Valencia.
