I have a room with a private bathroom available for rent at The Marke in South Coast Metro. Starting on the first of June with a 12month lease. Tentatively possible for a 5 month lease (until November). I currently work full-time as a Registered Behavior Technician and DSP, and I’m usually out during the day/evening, so the apartment is often quiet and open. Shared apartment utilities: average around $76/person/month
Electricity: average around $33/person/month
Gas: average around $3–$4/person/month Estimated total monthly cost: around $1,780–$1,795/month, depending on utility usage The apartment has shared common areas: including the kitchen, living room, and balcony. Washer and Dryer in-house with your own parking space in an enclosed parking structure. For pets: $1,000 deposit required by The Marke, rent is $75.
