Looking to sublet a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome. It’s located at the district at tar river. It’s 1370 in total or 670 with a roommate. It’s pet friendly, has two pools on and a gym. Water is included as well as internet with the rent prices. Will help as much as I can with transfer fees. The unit also has a washer and dryer and dishwasher!
