Me and my husband own our 5 bedroom, 3 bath, home in Tolleson Arizona, cross streets are 103rd and lower Buckeye. We have one bedroom that's upstairs that will available in June. Rent at this time is $900.00 pluse a $100.00 deposit. That Will be refunded upon your departure, if room in same conditions as you moved in.
All utilities are included, also free wifi, free internet, washer and dryer, full kitchen privilege. About the rent
Rent is $900.00 during summer (May through September) only due to the extra cost of usage. But after September rent will be reduced to $800.00
