I'm Aashish, a graduate student at Duke moving to Newark for a summer internship. Looking for a furnished sublet (room in a shared apartment or studio) from May 30 / June 1 through August 7.

📍 Preferred areas: Newark (Ironbound, Downtown, University Heights near NJIT/Rutgers), Harrison, Jersey City, or anywhere with easy access to Newark Penn Station
🛏️ Looking for: Furnished room or studio — bed, basic furniture, ideally utilities/Wi-Fi included
💰 Budget: Reasonable; flexible based on location and amenities
👤 About me: Grad student, non-smoker, no pets, clean, quiet, respectful of shared spaces
