My housemate ( last year in residency) and I (DPT student) are looking for 2 more people for a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom single-family home, preferably students/residents. It's a one-year lease starting in June. About 1 mile from LLU Hospital. The rooms will be available 6/1 and 6/20 since the current medical student/resident tenants are finishing their programs and moving out at different times. Rent is about $836/month per room, excluding utilities (usually $30–70/month, including water, trash, gas, wifi, and electricity). The house includes a washer/dryer, parking for up to 6 cars total, plenty of storage, and a nice yard with a grill. This is a 1-year lease, one tenant per room only, and it is a pet-free property due to allergies. Renter’s insurance will be required. Zillow link below for pictures and more details.
