Looking for someone to take over a downtown apartment! Hello, I'm moving to another state and am looking for someone to take over my income-based housing plan at Rise at State College. Please feel free to DM me!

💰 Rent: Determined based on the prospective resident's annual income. To my knowledge, it is set at no more than 35% of monthly income ( I am currently $650/month.)
