Private room available January 1st in a 3 bed, 2 bath house in Escondido near E Valley Parkway. The home is currently shared by two laid-back roommates, a 28-year-old female and a 34-year-old student/professional. We’re looking for a respectful, easygoing third roommate between 21–50 years old. Rent is $1,400 per month with utilities and Wi-Fi included. Pets are welcome as long as they’re house-trained. Short-term lease options are available if needed. The house includes garage access and plenty of driveway parking. We’d love someone social who enjoys things like pool or checking out breweries once in a while.
