****PLEASE: NO CHILDREN OR PETS**** Hello, we have a room $900 a month with all utilities included, located close to Chuck’s Produce in Hazel dell, Salmon creek area. Public transport is a 10 minute walk to the highway 99 bus stop. The home is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system for your safety and peace of mind, as well as installed bedroom locks, and a keypad front door entry.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required upon move-in. Lease Terms: Minimum stay of 6 months with the option to extend Utilities: All utilities are included in the rent
Shared Amenities: Access to all common areas, including the kitchen, living spaces, laundry room, and outdoor areas. There is also a “TV room/ den” at the top of the stairs that is free for use. About the roomies:
We do have 3 cats, so I hope that's okay. In my house is my sister Catelyn (21). She works as a CBT in behavioral health. She's gone a lot being a little social butterfly, but is very funny and sarcastic. Ethan (22) is another roommate. He works graveyard right now. He's an avid plant dad, and loves ceramics. He does have a partner that stays occasionally. (We allow overnight guests at least 3x a week). Myself: I am 33, and I work as a dialysis technician and I have been doing it for a while, almost 10 years. I'm working on my nursing pre-recs. My husband (48) is an overhead crane technician and will occasionally have to travel for work. We have a decent backyard, quiet corner lot, and tend to have a pretty routine schedule.
