I’m 25 and have been renovating the home over the past year, and it’s pretty much fully updated at this point. The room comes fully furnished and includes access to a shared bathroom. Rent is a flat $900/month and includes all utilities. Some perks of the house: Sauna and cold plunge in the garage that you’re free to use Decent-sized backyard (currently still being improved — adding a nice lanai soon) Quiet and relaxed atmosphere Some dogs may be welcome with approval I work from home some days, so I’m looking for someone respectful, clean, and easygoing.
