Looking for someone to take over my room in a 3 bedroom apartment in StuyTown. I moved in about a month ago, but unfortunately need to move out at the end of this month for personal reasons. You’d be living with two super friendly guys in their 20s who both work and study fulltime, and like to enjoy a quiet and relaxed place at the end of the day. The location is honestly hard to beat. StuyTown is safe, super convenient, and has an amazing community feel with tons of nearby parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and easy transportation access. Since we all just moved in recently, the living room is still unfurnished, which means there’s a great opportunity to help make the space your own and decorate it however you’d like. Apartment Details: Rent: $2,172/month
Includes ALL utilities: WiFi, electricity, gas, and AC fees
Lease runs through 04/06/2027 (preferably looking for someone who can stay for the full term)
