Hello! I’m Ben, a Civil Engineer who will be starting grad school at UCSD in the fall while working part time. looking for a room in North PB, starting ~July 1 for a 1 year lease. I’m a very outdoorsy person, spending lots of time surfing, fishing, and hiking etc. I’m a very clean person, with a chill, laid back personality. Ideally would like to be friends with roommates, however open to any respectful living situation.
