I’m subletting my apartment for the summer, available from May through July 31st.
• 2 bed / 1 bath unit at Apartment Heights
• ~10–15 minute walk to downtown
• Located along the HDG bus route
• Rent: $550/month per room (utilities not included)
• Subletting both rooms – up to 4 people total (max 2 per room)
(willing to cover one room if needed)
• Free parking
• Pet-friendly
Utilities:
– Water/sewer typically under $50
– Electric varies based on usage
I’ll be leaving furniture for your use during the summer, including a dining table, chairs, and couch.
