Hello! I am an incoming graduate student pursuing PhD in Computer Sciences. I am looking for one roommate who would be interested in co-lease a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom 2-floors townhouse with me, at "1917 Monroe Street", which is very close to bus station and thereby convenient for commuting to Engineering Hall. I don't have a pet now and would probably raise a cat later, but I don't have to if you prefer a no-pet surrounding. I am an ultra-quiet person and often study without noise. Although I barely hold party, you are welcome to hold party so long as not too frequent (e.g. twice or more per month) and too late (e.g. after 12am).
