Looking for a female roommate to rent a private bedroom and bathroom in a 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome located in a quiet neighborhood in Saint Cloud, just outside the growing Lake Nona area. The room can be furnished or unfurnished based on your preference. The community offers great amenities including a resort-style pool, soccer field, pickleball court, playground, and walking trails. I have two dogs, so no additional pets please. I also share custody of my daughter, who stays a couple nights a week. Rent is $1,000 per month and includes all utilities. First month’s rent and security deposit required to move in. Must be comfortable with a background check and able to provide proof of income and renters insurance.
