Hello everyone! I’m looking for someone to sublease my room for next year. It’s a 4 bed x 4.5 bath in Athens. Has its own bathroom, in unit laundry, massive back yard, pool, gym, garage, and much more. It is pet friendly, and 15 minutes from campus with a shuddle to campus from the complex. It’s 799$ a month not including utilities.

My roomates at the townhouse are very clean and quiet. One roommate has a cat, but she tends to stay in her room.
