Hi there! I’m Megan, I have a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Southside Jax. I’m looking for a female roommate. You would have an unfurnished private rm and private bath, and a huge closet. The space is available 7/2. It’s a gated community, I feel super safe here, and so close to anything you need, shopping/food. Gorgeous pool, gym, grills, in unit washer/dryer, trash pickup at the door, screened in porch. Rent includes WiFi/water/sewer. Electric would be split evenly. Any questions, please ask! Thanks 😊
