Hey there! I am in search of ideally 1 FEMALE (single occupancy) roommate that would be able to move in by JUNE 1st About the Apartment: 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse (shared space) 1 private bedroom (mostly unfurnished)
Complex has onsite laundry
carport parking (guaranteed parking spot)
Pool
10 minute drive from the beach
5 minutes from Del Amo Mall
2 minute drive to grocery stores, gas stations, fast food
Walking distance to a park with a track *Please do not contact landlord, as my current roommate is leaving, so I will be directly handling the switch and communicating with them. Cost: $1275/ per month (utilities and internet not included) PHOTOS OF APARTMENT: (Please note- photos in above link are of a different apartment, but all townhomes have an almost-identical design. The only difference is my apartment is all carpeted except the kitchen of course.) Here are some musts I am looking for: -Someone who is fully vaccinated and boosted.
-someone who is responsible and has a full time job.
- someone who is reasonably clean/tidy and picks up after themselves especially in common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. About me: I am a 38 year old professional female currently running my own outdoor education programs in the South Bay and around LA.
