Looking for Roommate (Women only)

My current roommates are moving out and I need a new roommate signed before May 30th. Amenities are in unit. There is a dish washer and laundry room. A decent sized kitchen and a pretty much empty shared space, (Kitchen/living room). I use the room with the bathroom across the hall because I take baths often for back pain. The other bathroom has a standing shower but it’s directly attached to the room, and you’d have better windows than mine. Bedrooms are carpeted but everything else is hardwood. The apartments have a pool and a gym, and the maintenance guys have been quite helpful! You’d be living right next to Costco and Mid Rivers Mall. I’m an ADHD Artist (possibly autistic…), I tend to be very organized, but if I get too messy please just tell me and I’ll fix it. Communication is key to every healthy relationship of any kind.
